A Different Kind of Psychiatric Care
I founded this practice because I believe that supporting mental wellness requires more than a prescription. Sustainable mental health is built at the intersection of appropriate medication, intentional lifestyle, and collaborative relationship.
As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from UCLA, I bring deep clinical expertise alongside a genuine passion for holistic and lifestyle-based approaches to support your mental wellness.
My interest extends beyond the clinic to include research and peer-reviewed publications on innovative and integrative psychiatric treatments as well as their ethical implementation. I bring that same evidence-based curiosity and commitment to every patient with whom I work.
